- 5 Year Level Premium Term, issue ages 18-65
- 10 Year Level Premium Term, issue ages 18-60
- 15 Year Level Premium Term, issue ages 18-55
- 20 Year Level Premium Term, issue ages 18-50
One or two term riders are allowed (base insured and spouse) up
